RETURN POLICY
All goods sold are not refundable. We will check and ensure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. We cannot guarantee what you see in out picture is exactly 100% same as our product since different monitors might display colors differently. Please contact or email us if you are unsure about our products. We will do our best to describe every item.
Applicable for product returns:
1. Damaged or Defective item. Our definition for damage and defects includes, manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing. Any condition other then as stated are not cover under exchange policy.
2. Incorrect product: Different from what you have ordered.
Note: Buyers with the above problem can exchange for other products of the same value or lower under exchange policy.
Deadline for Return:
1. Please return within 3 days from the time we shipped and notify us on email at iintec71@gmail.com immediately.
2. Overdue returns will not be processed. Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in.
3. The replaced products can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fees charged and no extra shipping cost within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the returns and replacements. However, if only 1 piece of item is needed to be shipped without combining other items, the return shipping cost will be bear by the buyer.
Not applicable for product returns/exchange:
1. We do not accept reasons for return/exchange such as changing mind, do not like the color, size cannot be fitted (esp. on free size items), doesn't look good on me, fabric not high quality enough, too transparent. Please do take note the color might vary slightly +/-10% due to each computer monitor screen resolution pixel that might show the color a bit different.
2. Damage due to not able to be stretched.
3. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer.

- Your information will not be shared, passed on or sold to anyone outside of our business and will ALWAYS remain confidential with us.
Processing & Delivery
- Your product shall be delivered to you discreetly pack.
- Put in the box and wrap with plain parcel.
- Your delivered package shall not include references or details related to products.
