It has a small suction cup on the bottom to keep it sturdy when making circular cuts. The tool also has a 5" ruler on the side. Unfold the hobby blade outward and use it for all your crafts as well as to cut carpet and matting. Sharpen your household and garden scissors with the built-in sharpener. Open the scissors, place into the "V" groove and pull towards you. It's also great for household and hollow-ground knives. Place the cutting head into the circle cutter insert and use it to cut glass and tiles. Straight/circular cutter tool measures approx. 7" x 2-1/2" x 1/2" .
