• If any problem with the item. No worries, contact us and we will assist you right away. Pelase never proceed to negative or neautral feedback unless you hear from us.
• If you not happy with the product, No worries. You can return for full refund based on our return policy. Most of our items have 30 days return policy.
• Please note that items will not be considered for exchange/refund once negative feedback has been left.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not ship to PO Box numbers.
• Fusionexcel or Bioexcel products usually come with userid/Password based authentication card which can register online. However few may not come with any UID/PW if specifically mentioned in our listing. If you want to return the product, please ensure you do not register the product online otherwise we can't sell it someone else.

Important Shipping info

• All items are in Stock and ship Within 24 Hours of receiving payment.
• We have warehouses in various countries including USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore and we may ship your item from any of the nearest available warehouse depending on our stock position.
• Any shipment to Malaysia is sent from our Kuala Lumpur warehouse through Poslaju and will reach you next day most of the time.
• Any International shipment is sent using DHL or Fedex Express (3-4 working days delivery) However exclusion may apply on few countries with strict Custom checking such as India, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Israel, Egypt and most of the South American countries.
• We hope you understand that sometimes there may be delays coming from customs office in your country. However we are more than happy to assist you in any case.
• We hope that you understand that in few countries there may be additional custom duty fee or tax which may be added on your item by the customs office in your country and we have no control over it. Some countries have strict customs rules and they add custom duty which you have to pay in order to clear your shipment. Some of the countries are Israel, Turkey, Most of South America, Africa, Egypt, Portugal, Philippines and few Asian and African countries. Return Policy

• If you not happy with the product. No worries. Please contact us and we happy to assist you in taking it back based on the return policy. For most of the items we have 30 day return policy. We only request to get the return in original packing and condition.
