Remember to ON Wifi button (which is same row with Power button, u can see back cover to see which side is on and off)
This tablet wifi is not strong one. Maybe just a house wide only.
U should try get closer to the wifi router, and see can detect or not. If cannot detect, then u OFF ON the WIFI fews times (on settings screen). Somteimes ON OFF few times, the wifi can detect perfectly.
I worry u do not know how to use wifi only, coz we tested can. |

1. Pls cofirm the charger is really spoilt. Pls try straighten the charger head, sometimes may be the cable hav some loose only. If confirm spoilt, we will replace u.
2. The casing is same as picture. Not sure what different u refer to. But currently that is casing we having all along.

i tested, this tablet caplock is not same as notebook.
To capslock 1 time, press "Shift" 1 time.
To capslock all word, press "Shift" 2 times.
Pls try.
