This is due to cash deposit machine can only accept round amount. We will return the RM0.10 (RM60-RM59.90) through online transfer from Public Bank back to your bank account.

For in store item, all will be assumed to be shipped out within 48hours (not included Saturday, Sunday Public Holiday) by Poslaju National Courier once confirmed payment has been received. We will ship out all products by daily from Monday - Friday.
Buyers will receive our Payment Confirmation email or SMS and the items will be shipped out within 48hours working days. Buyers will be updated with a tracking number once the items have been shipped out.
For Pre-Order item, all items will be ready within 14 working days after payment done, please read the product description terms and conditions clearly and agreed the delivery time frame before make payment.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing day is 2-7 working days and our delivery 4-7 working days. Not include Saturday/Sunday and Public holiday. You will get your tracking number once your item ship out.

Please take note that most Courier system is not updated online instantly, we advised you to check after 24hrs after receiving the tracking number.
1. Goods sold are not returnable and refundable.

4. We will not responsibility or liable to the loss/damage cause by delivered (Pos).Please do not sign and do report at Pos Office if you found that is damage/ loss on the items.
· Please take note that warranty does not cover:
o Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
o Damages to products caused by impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God. Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
· If we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days and deliver back to us within 7 days.
· Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole.
· We offer 7 days return period, with buyer paying the return postage.
· We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
· Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
o Scenario 1:
§ All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
§ In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.
o Scenario 2:
§ The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
§ In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
· Please contact us for investigation before you return the item to us.
1) Although we have great confidence in the quality and prices of every product we sell ,we cannot guarantee all buyers would be 100% satisfied with them due to different reasons. But no matter what,we promise we will do our best to solve any problem occurred during transaction .
2) All items must be returned in their original condition, or we will refuse to make a refund. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the original product. We only responsible for the quality problem of our product. Not include shipping damaged or people damaged during shipping.
3) The buyer is responsible for all charges incurred in returning process. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
