Delivery Method and Charges
Shipping via courier. For items below RM100 per value we do use Registered Post for delivery if requested by buyers. Minimum delivery at least 4 working days.
Please allow 1-3 business days for shipment to arrive after shipment through courier. Please inform me immediately if no items received within 3 working days. Shipment occurs 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Item ship out everyday from Monday to Friday (except on Saturday and Friday ocassionally )
Seller will not be liable or responsible for delivery lost by courier company. However, seller will help any buyers to recover compensation from courier company if the item is comfirmed lost.
Customer can choose the option to buy insurance to insure the products at a higher Shipping Cost which includes insurance. (approximately 2% of sum insured)
It is advisable to insure the item if the item that you buy is costly. Please contact seller for further details.
Due to high volume of delivery per day, seller will not send any tracking number to buyers through personal email(except warranty item and so forth) but tracking number will be updated through lelong only, so please check your items delivery through poslaju website.

WARRANTY POLICY
Shipping costs back to us is buyer's responsibility.
All items come with warranty (please contact seller for the warranty period) as long as it was not caused by buyers' error, natural disaster, short-circuit .
The returned item must be return in original condition
Please contact us first before sending item back.
Postage fee is not refundable.
For RM1 bidding items, warranty covers 1 week only . It is advisable for buyers to test RM1 biding items within 1 week.
