1. We do not entertain meet-up.
2. All Goods are shipped by Registered Post, Pos Express or Pos Laju.
3. We will try to ship goods from within Malaysia as far as possible. If this is not possible, goods will be shipped directly from overseas at no additional charges.

1. Product Warranty(not including accessories)
a) All items are tested prior to shipment if possible unless sealed in manufacturer¡¯s original packing.
b) In addition, we offer 1-1 exchange of goods within 7days of receipt of item for items btwn (MYR 30 and MYR 110) For items above MYR 110, we do offer a 1 year warranty in additional to the 1-1 exchange policy.
2. Special Condition
We don¡¯t allow shipping rate to be combined if goods are purchased from our different account/user name in lelong but we reserve the right to ship them together and no discount will be given.
