    We are using Poslaju for our delivery. Please ensure your name; shipping address and contact number are correct. If the item is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address provided or other reasons, then the shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will have to pay the postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is updated.

    All orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time of payment received and will be send out on next working day. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days for addresses within Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak. For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be posted out once the transaction of payment is cleared which usually takes about 1-3 working days.

    Customer will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / Email / SMS once order is shipped. (PS: Most courier company does not updated the status online instantly, thus we would advise you to check after 24 hours receiving the tracking number.)

    The tracking number can be used to track shipments through http://www.poslaju.com.my/track.aspx or call 1300-300-300 for latest update. Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address error, public holidays or delivery workload of Poslaju.

    If item is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for the new stock arrives. If you do not receive your item within 5 working days, please notify us immediately at madagasar178@gmail.com

    Please note that we will not be responsible for any losses if the package is left at your doorstep without attendance.

    DELIVERY

    All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made. Please allow 1 to 3 working days to process the product delivery after payment. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent out once item has been posted out. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.


    PRICING and AVAILABILITY

    Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, images, designs and prices found in Lelong are correctly displayed, errors may occurs. In the event we discovered any error in the price or detail of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible by giving you an option to reconfirm your order at correct price or detail, or we may cancel it without prior notice. If the order is cancelled due to errors, any paid amount will be fully refunded to your account.

    RETURN POLICY

    All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

    Customers are encouraged to e-mail us for enquiry or check the respective product details before placing an order. Please e-mail us before purchase to reassure your doubts. Generally, our illustrated items are similar to the actual item.

    What is an unsatisfactory item? Unsatisfactory item are item with manufacturing defect or wrong item that was not in order list.

    Please note the all item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

    Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage such as tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.

    Postages incurred for sending the defect items back to us with be borne by buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective defect will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, buyer pays for the postage and sends back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifying the issues.

    If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded or replace with other item according to your selection.
