3 Days 2 Nights, 2 rooms apartment stay in :-
Awana Genting Highlands Golf & Country Resort
OR
Awana Kijal Golf & Beach Resort
This is a 2 rooms apartment unit which can accommodate up to 6 adults. This offer is for 3 days 2 nights stay and does not include any meals.
Selling at RM190 per apartment per nite, 2 nites stay will be RM380.
The apartment unit comes with a kitchen, the guest may do their own cooking.
Unit Amenities
Electrical Items/Kitchen Utensils
Cooking Hood, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Fridge, Iron, Frying Pan, Hot Water Pot, Coffee Pot, Water Jug, Knives, Cooking Pot, Chopping Board, Can Opener
Basic Amenities(6 persons)
Coffee Cups & Saucers, Plates, Bowls, Water Glass, Spoons, Forks
Terms and Conditions
- Only applies to weekdays from Sunday night to Thursday night stay and School Holidays.
- Not applicable for Friday/Saturday night, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
- Subject to room availability.
- Reservation must be made at least 1 weeks prior to the travel date during low seasons.
- Reservation must be made at least 1 month prior to the travel date during peak seasons(e.g. School Holidays).
- Must settle full payment before a booking is done.
- No cancellation is allowed once the appartment booking is confirmed.
- A refundable security deposit of RM200 will be collected upon checking-in.
- RM100 per person will be imposed when member exceed 6 persons.
- Durians, Pork & Pet are strictly prohibited from the resort premises. Should there be any substantiation of the prohibited items detected in the apartment, a cleansing charge of RM200 will be imposed and deducted immediately from the deposit.
- Check in time 3pm, check out time 12pm.
- Late check-out charges RM100.
Note
Many people interested to know how a 2 rooms apartment can sleep 6 adults. Here is the explaination:-
1 Queen sized bed in master room
1 Queen sized bed in 2nd room
1 Sofa bed in living room (you might need to request extra blanket for this from the reception)
If the room is not available for the date that you have choosen. Either you'll need to choose some other date that fall under the Terms and Conditions OR I'll provide full refund on the amount that you had paid me, to your Maybank A/C or AMMB A/C via internet.
Once the booking has confirmed. The confirmation slip will either be emailed to you in PDF file format or sent to you via post. You may also choose to do COD if you are within PJ area. If u read my posting carefully. I'm offering 2 rooms apartment unit that can accomodate up to 6 persons. Hence, the "Premier Suite or Premier Room - Seaview" that u r refering is actually an hotel room. So totally different kind of unit. Also my offer DON'T come with breakfast. However the apartments comes with cooking utensils and 6 sets of eatery utensils. Thank you for ur interest.
