yes, can use celcom broadband. But this netpad 10 is sold out.
Maybe u can try netpad 4 which is same as netpad 10, just ram lower 256MB.

For you case, i have tested and checked, confirmed your problem is due to you upgrade to others 256MB firmware (which you download from internet).. I have re-flashed to 512MB firmware and checked, it show 512MB. so it is a big mistake at your side. Pls don't upgraded any firmware by just download unknown source, it have voided the warranty and may damage your unit..
To clear your doubt, you can open the unit see the RAM. 2 X 256MB.
