We request that you carefully select your online purchases:
1. Orders will be delivered within 7 - 21 working days upon receipt of your payment.
2. Buyer should confirm the goods received in good condition. Report to us the damage (if any) within 2 days.
3. We will allow an exchange for statement no.2 as a one-time courtesy if stock is available. Refer Return Policy for further details.
4. Buyer shall provide contact details (i.e.mobile phone no and email address), while seller would update tracking and delivery confirmation upon successful orders.
4. Seller shall not be responsible for lost/damage of the goods during the delivery period by courier services. However, the buyer may reserved the right to claim from the courier company.

Please inform us within 48 hours upon receipt of your order by email. We will review your reason for return and we will then send you an email informing you of our acceptance or rejection. Once we approved your return, you are required to send the product(s) back to the address provided in our email.
Reasons for Return
You may return product(s) purchased for the following reasons:
1. Product(s) sent by us are not the same as your order;
2. Product(s) sent are found to be defective;
We do not accept product(s) returned for the following reasons:
1. Product(s) purchased are found to be slightly different in colour from the photographs shown on our store. We try out best to provide clear photographs but we cannot guarantee that the colours will be exactly the same.
2. Defective product(s) caused by the customer’s own rough handling after receipt of the product(s), for example, missing buttons, stuck zippers, tearing, etc.
3. Customer chose the wrong size or is unhappy with the style, colour or pattern of the product. We urge you to check the measurement charts for the correct size before ordering.
All product(s) to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing with tags/labels attached and be in an unworn condition and free from any defects. We will not accept product(s) that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse.
Cost of Returning Product(s)
In cases where the product(s) ordered were found to be defective and/or wrongly sent by us, we will bear the shipping cost for the returned product(s), both ways. Otherwise, you are fully responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product(s) as well as the shipping cost incurred by us for sending the exchanged/replacement product(s) back to you. We are not responsible for any returned product(s) sent by you that are lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to insure returned products.
