| Warranty / Returns
Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via Lelong.
If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P and 25% re-stocking fee.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your Lelong user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Malaysia Delivery – Pos Laju – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Malaysia Delivery - Stamp or normal postage – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Pos Laju confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via Lelong if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Pos Laju or by International Customs Inspections.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc..). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Pos Laju; Malaysia customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Pos Laju do not guarantee this. Non Malaysian customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again is not guaranteed.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through lelong, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
Q: I Would like a Refund?
