* We do not recommend customer using PayPal to make payment because PayPal still has not clarify how to charge the transation from 4% up to 12%.

• Payment in Malaysian Ringgit by add in additional 4.5% transaction charges for using PayPal money transfer method.
• Payment in U.S. Dollar by add in additional 6% transaction charges (PayPal charges) + 1% processing fees (risk & withdrawal) for seller to cash out the money. You need to add in additional 5% charges for using PayPal money transfer method.

1. Philips, Panasonic, Nike Audio items can be combine shipping for one time order, one time shipment but not able combine shipping with other product.

*Philips parcel would be sending out by SkyNet logistic/ courier service.

• We only sending out the items from Monday to Friday except public Holidays (Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan). The last pick up time from courier service would be at 5pm.
• Do contact us if your item not received after 3 working days by phone call or SMS to +60-16-4220885.
• Any SMS, e-mail chasing for delivery status would not entertain for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.
