1) After winning the bid, please make payment and contact me within 5 days. Item will be sent out as soon as payment is cleared. (Normally is 1-2 days, but please allow 3-5 days in some circumstances). Full payment (winning bid price plus shipping fees) must be made before item been ship out).

2) Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable, please read the product description carefully or contact me for more details before placing a bid.We will not dispute color with customers. As with all hand dyed clothing, shading can vary slightly from item to item. The picture in the listing is the item up for auction. Since individual computer moniter color saturation and hue vary so widely(the actual color definately is not much different as the actual item's color), we state clearly the color on the product description page for the buyers convenience.

For Sales Item

4)Any mistake or defect on the product must notify the sender within 24 hours after receive the item and must return to the seller for exchange in 3 days, any report of defect or wrong item after 24 hours upon receiving the item will not be entertain.Thanks for cooperation.

All of our clothing are quality assurance, what you see on the picture are definately what you are getting. Our partner Company Vivicam Fashion and ECA Fashion, all their clothing picture is taken photo of the actual cloths they produce and wear on their model(You can notice all the pictures is always the same model), it is not like some China manufacturer they copy the magazine style dress and ask the China factory to produce exactly the pattern show on the picture, so the actual clothing will have slightly diffence from what you will getting because you are not seeing the actual product so the color and material will have big difference from what you getting.

You will notice seeing the same picture from others seller, but it is not the genuine ECA Or Vivicam if the picture did not have ECA or Vivicam Logo, these are the fake reproduce stock, they copy the pattern and reproduce, so the quality is really low than the genuine Brand.
