• Delayed top-up (1 day) from Alliance Bank.
• Please transfer additional RM1 with the total amount for the Lelong i-pay to release the payment to me via Maybank2U.

PayPal

• Payment in U.S. Dollar by add in additional 4% transaction charges (PayPal charges) + 1% processing fees (risk & withdrawal) for seller to cash out the money. You need to add in additional 5% charges for using PayPal money transfer method.
• Send the payment to davis@japan.com
• We only ship to confirmed address as appear in PayPal. No exceptional case.

 Credit Card payment

• Credit Card Payment Gateway with SSL certified by GoDaddy.com (we will reveal the link to you if you intended to use credit card to make payment)
• Visa & MasterCard accepted only.
• Additional 4% charges. Please calculate the current selling price with additional charges before make payment.
• Do inform Davis Online Store via phone call +60-16-4220885 or e-mail davis@japan.com first before make payment, if failure to do so the money will not refund back.
• Any attempting to fraud/con we will report the bad transaction to the credit card issuer and also PDRM CCD.

1. Philips, Panasonic, Nike Audio items can be combine shipping for one time order, one time shipment but not able combine shipping with other product.

*Philips parcel would be sending out by SkyNet logistic/ courier service.

• We only sending out the items from Monday to Friday except public Holidays (Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan). The last pick up time from courier service would be at 5pm.
• Do contact us if your item not received after 3 working days by phone call or SMS to +60-16-4220885.
• Any SMS, e-mail chasing for delivery status would not entertain for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.
  

2. All other non-Philips items would be sending out by PosLaju.

3. Some of the items can be C.O.C. (Not Philips item) but only at Desa Petaling, Shell petrol station upon appointment made via phone call.
