Warranty

• All battery operated (quartz) watches comes with 7 days personal warranty from the date of receive. After 7 days, a handlingfee of RM10 plus repair cost if any, will be charged. Please call or send me email if you would like to claim for warranty. All shipping fees must pay by buyer.
• Automatic Watch's Engine come with 1 months warranty from date of received. After 1 months, a handling fee of RM20 plus repair cost if any, will be charged.
• Please note that as battery is a consumable item, warranty does not cover the battery as no one can tell when the battery is going to finish but I will make sure the watch is telling accurate time when I send it out.?/font>
• Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear. Although certain watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.
• The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged

  We inspect every watch both visually and functionally before we ship it, but please understand that how PosLaju handle your item is totally beyond our control. Risk and rewards of the ownership for the product will be transferred to buyers upon delivery. Free Guarantee Or Insurance is not provided!
  
  Guarantees are for watch's MACHINE ONLY. If the item have any machine or movement problem & the buyer like to exchange the item, buyer MUST call us immediately & return the item between 2 working days. The Shipping Fee For Exchange Must Pay By Buyer.
