For All shipments to East Malaysia, the Shipping Charge is RM15 per item.

All of Quick Trade Enterprise orders will be shipped by secured Shipping Company with track able service to ensure that you will receive your orders safely and on time. Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking number for your easy delivery tracking.

Quick Trade Enterprise provides nationwide shipping as long as our shipping providers deliver to the destination. As an added security for our customers, Quick Trade Enterprise ships most orders insured with signature required. If you cannot sign for your package, please arrange for an adult to sign for your package.

Quick Trade Enterprise does NOT ship to PO Box address.

Quick Trade Enterprise only ships on Monday to Friday (exclude weekends and public holidays).

All products must be returned in new or unused condition. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

When Quick Trade Enterprise receive your return, Quick Trade Enterprise will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund in the event of the product is no longer available. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
