Terms & Conditions:
1.) Only bid for this item, if you are serious about purchasing it. Forward email to us before you bid, if you have any questions /doubts. Pls. DO NOT BID or BUY, if you still have questions/doubt with unsatisfied answers.
2) Do not dispute and/or conflict on the item after the completed transaction. Please email us for working out the problem.
3.) We do not provide insurance on the delivery, and do not be held liable for lost/ stolen/ damage during shipping, but reasonable care is taken when handling & packaging your product. However, insurance may applied to the package, if winner/ buyer requested. The charge of insurance fee is required.
4.)All items come with manufacturer warranty against defects. We do not provide any guarantee in addition to the original warranty supplied by the manufacturer and after the 10 days trial period from the date of quick grab or the end of auction. ALL warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. In the event of a claim under warranty (after the trial period) is directly contacted & declared to Manufacturer at Garantie-service@aeromatic1912.com. However, we are pleasure to help the claim; the charge of shipping to Germany is imposed.
5.) The item is found to have fault (not cover band, glass, battery crown and damage caused by unauthorized third parties)within 10 days trial period from the date of quick grab or the end of auction, we will only exchange it with new one, but it will be subjected to stock availability or different model with same value.
6.) Goods Sold are non-refundable. We accepted exchanging item winthin 7days (starting from purchase date), if you are not satisfied item with clause no.? applied.
7.) We strictly do not accept and exchange the faulty items, if the conditions of the item are as following,
I.) Damage resulting from missed abuse, accident, god acting, intentional destroys,rough handling and etc.
II.) its original conditions with physical changed, not pristine.
III.) Repair by third party.
IV.) Altered, Damaged, or Missed Warranty Card.
V.) Any arrange of scratches, stain and etc.
8.)Exchange only if the watch is faulty within 10 days of trial period. Please be aware that if a product is returned as faulty and no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.
9.) Payment with credit cards are processed by www.PayPal.com. Any losses of privacy information are not responsible.
10.)We only do dispatch the item upon the clearance of payment.Payment must be cleared within 2 days after bidding and/or quick grab.
11.) The item will be shipped same business day after payment cleared/received before 3pm
