• Used or 2nd hand item will provided 7 days personal limited warranty. For item still under factory warranty is against manufacturing defect, no warranty for FOC item and battery life spend.
  For new item, minimum 1 year warranty from local distributor.
   

• Item which has been wear and tear, misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of miss handling such as accidentally dropped, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care will be void of warranty.
   

• Trade-in or Trade-up or Exchange program is acceptable but only applicable for walk-in customer, please call in for arrangement. (For more enquiry please refer the 3rd section)
   

• fontrade are lelong.com.my verified member and accept for "safetrade" payment, please bid with confidence! Always welcome self-collector, please kindly make an appointment with us before you come.
   

• Goods remain the property of fontrade until paid for. Please take note that seller preserved the right not to sell or abort defective unit during action period.
   

• Please complete the transaction within 3 business days. Failure to do so will report as NPB may result in account suspension or bad comment in your profile.

• fontrade will ship this item within 3 business days from the day that payment is verified. A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped.
   
• fontrade chooses to sell product only to end consumers and NOT to those who resell the products online.
   
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the posting purpose after payment have been made.

Shipping and handling:

• Buyer pays shipping & handling of RM9.90 for 2-3 day Poslaju Courier West to East Malaysia. For item more than 500g-800g charges of RM15. Typically, these items are delivered to Malaysian addresses within three business days after leaving our facility.
  Now with even lower shipping charges!
   

• fontrade will ONLY ship to physical addresses in Malaysia.
   

• For security purposes, fontrade DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and sends all packages SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
   

• fontrade will not responsible for goods damaged during transit. But we will try to ask the courier company to compensate your loss and make a police report as record.
   

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, fontrade cannot ship internationally outside Malaysia. We hope to open our business internationally very soon!
