1.because it`s all came with new brand from HONG KONG factory and ours supplier also didnt provided any warrantly to us.

2.We reserve the rights to charge buyer return shipping fee,If we free that your exchange request are reasonable and we accept it.Example:for the watches battery issue-basically the battery is instore from HONG KONG factory.It`s may not for long lasting using,Before the watches sending out we will cheak the battery performance.But it`s also not 100% can be sure the battery is ok,When any customer received the watches,If found that the battery was low or finished.You can request us to exchange it for you,But buyer need to send back the watches between 1 to 2 days and pay the return shipping fee of RM10/RM12.

3.The below type of the bidder/customer may blacklist /bad rating by us.If you think you are the below person,please donnt bid ours item.
