How do I register?
Send REG to 27007 and follow the simple registration process to get started. It's simple and fast.

What are the charges for M-money?
Registration for M-money is free of charge. For other services, e.g. transaction confirmation of M-PIN via SMS you will be charged RM0.15 per transaction.

How do I reset my M-money M-PIN?
Send CHANGE to 27007. Confirm your M-PIN change by providing old and new M-PIN when prompted. You will receive an SMS notifying you that your M-PIN reset is successful.

Where can I convert cash into M-money (cash-in)?
You can cash-in through the following channels:

How do I convert M-money to cash (cash-out) from my M-money account?
You can cash-out using the following channels:
  1. Via SMS to a nominated bank account by sending CASHOUTMPIN AMOUNT to 27007;
  2. Maxis i-Centre KLCC by withdrawing cash over the counter (this will be extended to more Maxis Centres in the future);
Note: You need to register your nominated bank account Maxis Customer Service by calling 123 (for Maxis postpaid customers) or 1300820120 (for Hotlink customers) on your mobile phone. A nominal cost of RM 0.80 is chargeable by the bank for interbank transfer charges.

What is Maxis M-Shopping Music Store?
Maxis customers can now bid or purchase exclusive merchandises of your favourite artistes via online and mobile and pay with M-money. This promotion is brought to you by Maxis M-money.

Who is eligible to purchase or bid in Maxis M-Shopping Music Store?
All Maxis M-money subscribers are eligible to participate in this service. Send REG to 27007 and follow the simple steps to register.

What are the charges to participate in this campaign?
It is FREE to place bid for your favourite merchandises on wap.lelong.com.my/maxis. Standard data charges (GPRS/3G) apply for accessing the WAP pages through your mobile phone. To purchase your goods via M-money, you will be charged RM0.15 upon successful confirmation of your M-PIN.

Can I view the merchandises offered on Lelong.com.my online portal?
Yes, you can view all the merchandises put up for sale or bid on http://www.lelong.com.my/Auc/MAXIS. Alternatively, you can view it on Maxis WAP Portal at http://wap.lelong.com.my/maxis.

How do I access this service?
You can access this service through Maxis WAP Portal, Lelong Online Portal and Lelong WAP Portal (http://wap.lelong.com.my/maxis). You can view items put up for sale and bidding and various information on Lelong Online Portal.

How do I make a purchase?
You can purchase merchandises via Online or Mobile Music Store and pay with M-money. A standard SMS charge of RM0.15 is applicable upon successful confirmation of your M-PIN.

How do I place my bid?
  • Access Maxis WAP Portal at wapportal.maxis.com.my;
  • Click on the M-Shopping link then select Music Store;
  • Search for the merchandises of your favourite artistes on Maxis M-Shopping Music Store page
  • Select the merchandise, click on bid icon to place a bid and follow the simple instruction

When does a bidding starts and ends?
Bidding period may vary from each product – please check on the ‘time left’ for respective merchandise. Closing time will be automatically extended to 4 minutes when received a bid. Bidding will be closed when there is no new bids submitted 2 minutes after the last bid bidding received.

How will the winners of the bid be determined?
The last user who places the highest bid for an item will be the winner. If the winner is found out to be a non-Maxis M-money registered customer, the item will be rolled to the following week and open for bidding again.

Can I retract my bid?
No, there is no mechanism to retract a bid. A bid is an irrevocable offer to purchase of merchandise.

What are the payment options for the merchandise that I have bid for?
You can remit payment with M-money via SMS by sending BUYLELONGAMOUNT to 27007. Note: The amount in RM should be the amount you successfully bid or purchase plus shipping fees for the merchandise. You will then receive an SMS requesting confirmation on the specified amount to be deducted from your M-money account.
Reply YMaxis M-PIN to 27007 to confirm the transaction.

Will I be contacted by Lelong if I win the bid after the bidding session is closed?
You will receive a confirmation email sent by feedback@lelong.com.my advising you of your winning bids and purchases followed by consecutive reminder via emails and calls from Lelong. We recommend that you contact Lelong to arrange payment and logistic to avoid annulled your transactions should you failed to remit payment after 7 days from

What is the consequence of failure to pay for successful bidding/purchase?
Customers who failed to honour a transaction will be suspended from bidding on Lelong.com.my portal.

Who will bear the shipping costs of the merchandise(s)?
The successful bidder will bear the shipping costs of the merchandise(s).
