The Facts about Lelong.my listing:
Firstly, lelong listing is FREE. However, it's optional for seller to pay to get to the top of listing page for keyword relevant to your title and products.		  
Secondly, lelong listing is sorted mainly by how much you pay for your product listing. The more you pay, the higher it goes; we call it "Search Rank".

Front Page Featured

This is one of the most popular features in Lelong.my! We will display the Freatured postings by rotational basis with a fee of RM0.30 per day (minimum 10 days). By paying this Front Page Feature fee, you can ensure your item always get alot of exposure on the front page.

How to Feature my product?

Front Page - Recommendations for You

This is a new feature in Lelong.my! As long as your posting premium fees exceed RM50, your items will appear in our "Recommendations for You" section on a rotational basis.

Why use this Feature?
You will get the maximum exposure! You just need to pay the minimum amount RM 50 to get on top of the listing page! That's why there are many sellers who are willing to pay a small amount for this function when selling their item.

How to Feature my product?

  • To use this feature, you need to feature your item in front page (RM 3) first (please refer to the previous tab to see how to feature in frontpage ~ the steps 1-4).
  • So, after feature your item in frontpage , this is what you should do...


Important Note:
Kindly take note that premium fees are not refundable once items are posted even if you cancel your posting or bidders did not pay up. We treat it as advertisement fee.

Category Page Featured

This is also one of features in Lelong.my! We will display the Category Featured postings in rotational basis with a fee of RM1 per posting. By paying this Category Feature fee, you can ensure your item always get alot of exposure on Lelong.my category listing page.

How to Feature my product?
To use this feature, you need to enable "Feature in Category" function (RM 1) while you are doing posting for your item. Follow the steps below to learn how to do that.

    All auctions and sales postings will be listed in the below order:
  1. Premium Listing
  2. Featured in Front Page
  3. Featured in Category
  4. Quick Auction ( Find out more: Quick Auction )
  5. The rest sorted by Item ID descending
    Great Posting Tips

  1. Categories - Choosing right category for your product is very important to your product sales. Select relevant categories. You can refer to the product that similar with yours from others seller to ensure that the category you will list is appropriate. Before listing your product, take note what categories they are listed in.

  2. Title - Must accurate describe the content of the page and unique title tags for each page, a good title must consist Product Name + Type of Product (optional: + your product's features, attributes, and condition). Avoid non-standard abbreviations.

  3. Subtitle - Offering prospective buyers a summary of your product’s features or additional information, enticing them to buy.

      Tips:
    • Note the key feature of your item. Eg. Brand.
    • List other details of the item. Eg. Features, specification, condition.
    • Include any other information. Eg. Promotion, free shipping, and direction to use.

  4. Product Description - Brief about the product & features. Must mention Product Name + Type of Product. Highlight the value of the product, your product's features & benefits, attributes, and condition. Include words that describe your product: the brand, manufacturer, model, designer, year, size, color, material, warranty information, and etc.

  5. Have attractive and clear picture & Listing with thumbnail picture - Picture show a lot of thing about product, it is more influencing to buyers’ mind than product description only. Make sure your product includes the right number of pictures to show the product/item in great detail to buyers. Thumbnail picture is like placing an eye-catching display in product listing.

  6. Cross-promote - Provide a simple HTML link to other products listings you have for sale, similar ones or accessories in your product description.

  7. Attractive Price - The price should be same or less than market price, confirm your product/item for sale is available for buyers purchase, & make it short for the duration of product/item trading time can increase turnover.
