relatively young company that has come a long way from its humble beginnings.
Since its inception at the end of 1998, the firm has quickly established
a firm footing in the e-commerce arena. As the founders of the pioneer auction
website (http://www.lelong.com.my) in Malaysia, Interbase has secured its
position with the largest subscriber base for any site of this genre. With
a mission statement of "Serving the community and bringing a high standard
of quality into homes and businesses by providing an avenue for on-line
trading at a low cost", the staff behind Malaysia's premier auction
site continually strive to improve and develop its functionality without

We make up a dynamic team that lend skills to each other, thus forging a
strong group that work synergistically to make success a reality. The staff
of Lelong.com.my are extremely diverse in nature, with skills ranging from
business development, marketing, e-commerce, web design, programming and
finance. Complementing each other where another lacks, we are able to form
a close bond who work hard at what we do best - bringing satisfaction to
all our members. Relative to other industries, Lelong has a team of young
members (the old ones remain young at heart !), brimming with ideas
on how to improve the site. Many of our avid members have even come aboard
to help develop the site, as they know the intricacies of the Lelong site.
With new ideas constantly being evaluated and discussed, the fun in bringing
this site to you never ceases.
