Delivery Method and Charges
Sale/Buy Now Order For in store item, all will be assumed to be shipped out within 48hours (not included Saturday, Sunday Public Holiday) by Poslaju National Courier once confirmed payment has been received. We will shipped out all products by daily from Monday - Friday.
Buyers will receive our Payment Confirmation email or SMS and the items will be shipped out within 48hours working days. Buyers will be updated with a tracking number once the items have been shipped out.
For Pre-Order item, all item will be ready within 14 working days after payment done, please read the product description terms and condition clearly. Please agreed the delivery time frame before make payment. :)

In the event of late arrangement, technical or item testing before send problems; shipment may normally delay for few days. We will inform our buyers if any shipment delay occurred or buyers can be contact us to get the latest status on shipment.
Any problem take place during delivery that handle by courier services or Poslaju (like item lost), shall all be compensated and responsible by the courier services or Poslaju. Liability Clause for courier services or Poslaju are as followed to their Terms Conditions. We will try our best to discuss with the courier services or Poslaju to help our buyers to fix any of those problems.
Before accepting the parcel from courier services or Poslaju, ensure that the parcel is in a good condition and no broken package. If parcels are not properly sealed before received, do call us on that time or buyers can ask them to return the goods to us.
Once received the items by either buyer itself or any authorized persons, please be responsible to check the item to be in a good and working condition. If not in a good condition, please contact us immediately to obtain our 24hours Return Policy offered as above stated.

Terms Conditions Please read carefully and fully understand the Terms Conditions applied AND check it out each of the product details list or email us if there are any enquiries BEFORE doing any purchases.
DO NOT bid or order if do not agree to our Terms Conditions included (Payment, Delivery Policy) Terms. We shall not accept any changes or make any refund once the items has been ordered or purchased.

Winner or buyer must make the payment within 3 days after bid winning or order an item. Any inconveniences, the winner or buyer MUST email us to inform when the payment can be made so that we can consider whether to resell, reserve the items or re-arrange for the next batch of new order stock to be arrived. Else, the deal shall be cancelled and the item shall be released without prior notice.
As we are the supplier, our stocks are often selling fast and also may facing re-order stock shipment delays from our supplier or factory. So to some of our buyers who have done the payment (after 3 days) may have to face out of stock problem. Thus, the buyers will be informed to wait for few more days for the next batch of new order stock to be arrived or exchange with other models (follow the current item prices) or we shall return the payment to our buyers.
Due to the monitor color saturation or camera setting, the color of the actual item may be varied slightly. Some of the pictures or photos shown are for reference. Due to stock selling fast, we shall have the right to exchange the current displayed color to another color but the functions are still the same unless buyers requested for a specific color.
Our working days are 6 days a week and will inform buyers in advance if we do have any off days. During working hours, we will reply any kind of your enquiries. So if you do not receive any reply from us within 24 to 48 hours, please send your email or sms again. It might due to internet connection problem in our area or caused by any technical errors.
In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the buyers is offered a (24 hours) Return Policy which must immediately contact us within 24 hours after item has been received and full set of the return items must still be in the same condition as we previously shipped out. The shipping fee should at the expenses of the buyers be sent to us and after exchange it shall be free of charge when shipped out by us.
In the event of warranty items occurred after our 24 hours Return Policy, items shall be assumed as under warranty, service, repair or return items. Extra charges will be imposed to the buyers for changing the item spare part (if necessary). In additional, charges of RM 10 to be paid by buyers for handling, shipping and others fee which are not refundable in any cases.
All items send back for warranty, repair or service, buyers should write down the problem on a piece of paper and enclosed with full name, shipping address and other necessary details. Buyers will have to wait at least seven (7) working days or within three (3) weeks to get back the fixed item or else we shall inform buyers with further information.
No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization by us. Customers shall be fully responsible for the return package to be safely arrived to us.
