Shipping Delivery Information
We use Kangaroo Express or Citylink Express to ship our products. Both methods provide tracking number that allow our customers to track their packages to their doorstep. City Link Express takes pride for being a home-grown courier service company which has more than 25 years of history. Kangaroo Express has been in Malaysia for more than 13 years and provide next-day service to customers in all major and small towns.
All ready stock items purchase at GTECH SOLUTIONS Lelong Store are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. All parcel shall be shipped by GTECH SOLUTIONS fully sealed or wrapped with security band/sellotape. DO NOT accept the product from the courier representative if the seal is broken and call us immediately. Please note that we ask for 1 to 3 business days (depend on stock availability) to process and ship your item from Butterworth, Penang. Please allow 2 to 5 working days delivery time depends on the courier service. However, we do prefer self collect or Cash On Delivery only at GTECH SOLUTIONS.
Warranty, Terms Conditions
Warranty Goods sold and delivered are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable. GTECH SOLUTIONS provides a 1 Year Manufacturer/Distributor/Supplier Warranty on major products unless otherwise stated on above. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, act of god, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification (Kindly refer product's manufacturer warranty policy for more specific details). Extended Warranty by manufacturer or distributor after the first year, processing and delivery charges will be imposed. GTECH SOLUTIONS carry only Genuine Products.
Please Keep Any Purchase Receipt For Warranty Purposes. GTECH SOLUTIONS Holds To The Right To Reject Any Claim Without The Presence Of Purchase Receipt.
We honoring the warranty if the products went wrong. Customer may have option to inform us to check/test the products on behalf before we ship the products. All auction sales are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 to 45 days of receiving the RMA item. returning and sending back transportation fees both ways at buyers own cost. Buyers also may send it back directly to us for the warranty process. Our service representatives will be glad to assist you.
Seller shall not held responsible for lost or damage of the item during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
If your item is not in stock, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the item to be ordered for you. You must therefore, provide us with your email address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.
Deposit for advance / Pre-order is not refundable. Transportation / Courier of goods / Orders and all cost will be borne by purchaser.

All system that send in for services are at YOUR OWN RISK.
GTECH SOLUTIONS will not charge any charges to customer for the any hardware service/inspection within the one (1) year warranty period excluding courier charges for outstation buyer. Charges shall applied to the customer after one (1) year period and hardware that not purchase from GTECH SOLUTIONS including handling and delivery fees.
GTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to revise, amend or modify this terms of conditions at any time and any manner without prior notice and shall not responsible for any unlicensed software that comes with hardware/system.
Hardware/System after repair that have not claimed within the sixty (60) days after being notified, it will consider your system abandoned . We may dispose of your system without any prior notice to you .
