a. This vacation is valid for twelve (12) months from date of activation. Travel must be booked within 3 months after activation. Holiday must be booked at least 12 weeks prior to desired traveling date. b. The complimentary accommodation provided in this voucher could be a hotel or resort. However specific resorts CANNOT be requested. Please provide 3 desired traveling dates, at least 14 days apart. c. This offer is valid in low to mid season only, i.e. excludes public holidays, weekends and school holidays. However upgrade is possible with a minimal charge (around RM 30 to RM 150 per night subject to the time of the year and resorts availability) should you wish to travel during peak season. Please check with our Customer Service on upgrading rate. d. This offer is subject to accommodation being made available to Max Generation Sdn.Bhd. e. This voucher or any part of this voucher may not redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied. f. This offer is being provided by the special compliments of your sponsor subject to the terms and conditions herein. In the event that any unauthorized agent not approved by Max Generation Sdn Bhd issues this voucher, it will be deemed completely null and void. g. You are allowed to make amendments to the name on the booking twice (2) only with a minimum advance notice of fourteen (14) days from the initial confirmed traveling date. A penalty of RM 198 per room will be imposed for any changes of date, destination or cancellation of booking within (14) days of initial confirmed traveling date. h. A fully refundable deposit RM 175 will be required at the time of booking. Please claim your refund by producing hotel check out receipt within 14 days upon your return from the holiday featured in this voucher. You will soon get your refung within 14 working days. i. A refundable deposit may be required by participating resorts. Some resort may also charge a small utility fee or supplement to cover electricity, gas or other sundries. Full details will be made available to you at the time booking. j. No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions. k. Max Generation Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from any aspect of this holiday featured in this voucher. l. Please refer to the Refund Policy as stated at the reverse of the Declaration Form.
