The CD-ROM goes beyond any traditional textbook. Rebuilt from MRI source data; the 3D model is complete; showing 18 layers of anatomy from skin to bone. Users can rotate the 3D model of the knee on the computer screen; and label any visible feature. A broad selection of anatomical; biomechanical; and pathological material accompanies the 3D presentation. The MRI section provides a method of viewing the 3D model of the knee in 3 planes and correlating the anatomy with the equivalent MRI data. The model is linked to radiology text written by David W. Stoller; MD. Novel; innovative; and unique; this CD-ROM is a versatile tool for teaching; presentations; reference; and patient education. The program gives you the facility to export images into your own programs for personal (royalty-free) or teaching purposes.
