Here's how the steps and work flow. If is now compulsory for all buyers to update payment info online, or else, our seller will not know you have paid them, it will cause delivery delay.

(i). Steps to Complete Your Bidding




After Auction Closed :

1. Buyer required to confirm shipping address.



2. In most cases, our system will auto confirm shipping charges and send you seller's bank account for payment. (the same bank info will be presented online).

3. Bidder paid, and pls update payment info online.
Look for the item you win and paid, and follow our screen shoot below to update payment information.




4. We will then inform seller you had paid, payment info will present to them as well.

5. Seller will be required to update delivery info to bidder upon shipping the item.

(ii). Detail Screen - How Buyer Update Payment Info / Slip to Seller:

All items will be deliver by kangaroo

Delivery time will take about 2 To 3 working days to arrive buyer home or office. If you want to know the shipping status, please email your Lelong ID & products ID To Us. We will reply your Email with the kangaroo tracking number.

Please note that Interbank/Giro Transfers have 24 to 48 hours delay before payment credited into my bank account. WE WILL ONLY SEND OUT THE ITEM AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS CREDITED INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT

	Warranty only covers manufacturer's defect. Wear and tear, shipping damaged, misused & negligent are NOT cover under the warranty. We do not PROVIDE WATERPROOF GUARANTEE FOR ALL WATCHES. WARRANTY VOID if any water mark found inside the watch.
	Please note that as battery is a consumable item, warranty does not cover the battery as no one can tell when the battery is going to finish but I will make sure the watch is telling accurate time when I send it out.
	Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear.

Return Policy

Guarantees are for watch's MACHINE ONLY. If the item have any machine or movement problem & the buyer like to exchange the item, buyer MUST call us immediately & return the item between 2 working days. We do not PROVIDE WATERPROOF GUARANTEE FOR ALL WATCHES. WARRANTY VOID if any water mark found inside the watch. The Shipping Fee For Exchange Must Pay By Buyer (RM12 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM22 For West Malaysia).
