For CASEMATE and CAPDASE and KINGMAX items, We need extra one day for item dispatchment from our designated warehouse.

We will only ship within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). Most item will be ship out from sarawak. Delay is expected if we send to west Malaysia. But as general rules,

Pos Express – normally 1-3 days

Pos Laju - normally the next working days

G) The returned product must be the same condition as when we sent it to you. If the returned product having defect or spoil no refund.
