Warranty Policy :
1. Buyer is responsible both side shipping fees.
2. Buyer is responsible for the return postage fees RM6 (Penisular Malaysia) and RM 12 (Sabah Sarawak) when claiming warranty.
- All the items are No Warranty, unless it is stated on the product de and #115;cr and #105;ptions. For items with Warranty, the period is start count from the next day after we ship out the items.
- We offer one day (24hours) Return Policy for items which may have Manufacturer Defect. Most of this cases may not be occur since all of our product will be tested or QC prior deliver the items. If this case occur, buyer must contact us as soon as possible or within 24 hours after received the item, and full set of the return items must be same as the condition that we ship out before. For this case, shipping fee for ship back to us are bear by buyer, and after exchange we ship to you are free of charge.
- Any problem for the warranty items occur after our 24 hours Return Policy, items will be assume as under warranty, service, repair or return items and extra charge for changing item spare part (if need) must be paid by buyer. For this case, all handling shipping fee must be paid by buyer.
- Any problem for the no warranty items occur after our 24 hours Return Policy, and buyer need us to check or repair it, extra charge for admin fee and changing item spare part (if need) must be paid by buyer. For this case, all handling shipping fee must be paid by buyer.
- Any problem for the items with warranty, buyer must keep all the packing material, warranty card, invoice or documentation (if have) in the event that your items to be repaired, serviced or returned. All item that return to us for repair or warranty, must be in full set of the item (include invoice or warranty card if have). By the way, Please write in piece of paper about the item problem, your full name and address details. For this case, all handling shipping fee must be paid by buyer.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and all the items ship return to us, customer assumes fully responsibility for the package until it safety arrives with us.
- All item send back for warranty, repair or service, buyer have to wait at least 7 business days to get back the item. If the item cannot be fix on time, we will inform buyer for further information.
- All repairing, handling shipping fee are not refundable in any case.
