1. Any cancellation/fraud/non-paying bidder or buyer will be reported to Lelong for suspension. Deal consider VOID & the item will be relist after 3 REMINDERS send by system to buyer within 1 month. (Except for having agreement with sales executive)

   JOY BIDDER WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND REPORTED TO LELONG.For extra information, blacklisted bidder needs to pay RM20.00 penalty fee to reactivate his/her account.

    

2. All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

3. If any problem or unsatisfied occur (please refer to the warranty policy), you may return the item within 7 days. We exchange a new one or another model, or refund (if bidder/buyer request) with the same price, excluding shipping & handling charge.

4. All items for refund or exchange must be in original condition with original sticker at the back cover. Any item that has been sized, set unset, back cover sticker removed or modified by the customers is not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Bidder/buyer must e-mail us immediately if found any problem & before returning any items.

6. Shipping returned caused by incorrect address or other circumstances which provided by customer, bidder/buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to re-send the item(s).

7. We will responsible for the re-sent shipping cost for engine/machine problem.

8. We do not accept Safe Trade, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) and Self Collect/Meet Up.

Policy

We guarantee that all items to be free from defects in material & workmanship for 7 days. Please note, however, the following except ions/qualifications to this guarantee.

1. This guarantee does not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, glass, crown, push buttons, or in an electronic watch, the battery. Warranty doest not cover the battery, as nobody can guarantee the lifetime of battery since it is a consumable item.

2. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents or lack of care.

3. This guarantee does not cover damage from moisture or water seepage unless the model is marked “Water Resistant,” nor does it cover damage from soaking, or immersion unless the model is designed for swimming or diving.

   WARRANTY VOID if water mark found inside the watch.

4. We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibility for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by other than authorized watch service facilities.

5. Warranty on engine/machine of automatic watch is provided.

6. Warranty only covers manufacturer's defect. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, engine breakdown or needle removed due to fall onto floor or general wear & tear.

7. Warranty void if original sticker at back cover is removed, tear or becoming blur.
