RETURN POLICY

All goods sold are not refundable. We will check and ensure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. Applicable for product returns:

Note: Buyers with the above problem can exchange for other products of the same value or lower under exchange policy.

Deadline for Return:

1. Please return within 3 days from the time we shipped and notify us on email at avantus2u@yahoo.com immediately.

2. Overdue returns will not be processed. Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in.

3. The replaced products can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fees charged and no extra shipping cost within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the returns and replacements. However, if only 1 piece of item is needed to be shipped without combining other items, the return shipping cost will be bear by the buyer.

Not applicable for product returns/exchange:
