Step 1: Register as member

1. Personal name: Upload your IC copy & utilities bill header.
2. Corporate name: Upload director's IC copy, utilities bill header & Borang D / Borang 9.
3. Applicants might need to submit additional document if requested before store activation.

Step 2: Pay RM248 to subscribe store

1. Make sure you have at least RM248 in your iAccount. If not, you can top up either with credit cards or Maybank2u.com into your iAccount.

Step 3: Wait for team to verify your detail

1. Lelong staff will evaluate form that submitted by applicants and contact applicants for verifications.
2. For incomplete submission or applications, lelong will contact applicants via email.

Step 4: Activate store and post item for sale

1. Back to your member page, activate your store with the link "Subscribe to Lelong store for RM248" on your right side.
2. Decorate your store with a catchy title, colourful themes and personalized logo.
3. Post your items online.

Step 5: Congratulations!! Your store is now ready for operation.
