Terms and Conditions to Operate Lelong Online Store:
1. For Existing IC Verified Members :
- If your IC Verification are done 3 months ago, you need to re-submit your supporting documents upon activating your store.

2. For New Member Who Just Sign up an Account :
Upon subcription to our Store :
- You must go thru our IC verification process before your store can be activated.
- Learns how to proceed after you activate your store.
The verification is free for store member who have not done so.

- We may request other document if necessary before your store are activated.
The following apply to all lelong store operators.
3. All store owner must adhere to Policies, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations, of Lelong.com.my

We reserve the right to immediately stop your store and downgrade your account if we found you are trading with the above method.
4. Payment
- If payment are made to your company, You must provide either borang D or borang 9 together with owner information, apart from your Mykad and other supporting document.
- If payment are being made to any other name apart from the registered name in lelong, you must then submit their MyKad and contact information as well, we will include their name once we authenticate them.
We have a very strict rules on who can accept payment from our buyers, pls take note we will suspend any account who violate this rules without hesitation :

5. Technical Glitches, Services Unavailable, Suspension and Store Closure
- We reserved the right not to accept your store subscription or closed your store if found the items and/or services your provide is in-appropriate in our own discretion or your posting violate our policies, guidelines, rules and regulations.
(Store subscription fees will be refunded on pro-rated basis)
- We are not responsible and will not compensate for any loss of your business / profit / transaction or time spent in your auction, item for sale or any posting you done in lelong, due to your account are being termporary suspended from trading, item being removed from this site or account being closed down for good.
- Shall there be any technical glitches in which our servers or service is temporary unavailable, you agreed that we are be responsible for any lost of your business during the period of service unavailability.
