1. Item will be sent within 48 hours upon payment received not on the day payment was made.
2. All Email shall be replied within 24 hours. If your email or enquiry not being replied; kindly please resend your email.
3. For aution items, please complete deal by making payment due within 3 Days after the auction end. If you cannot make it on Time! Kindly please inform us or you will be reported as NON PAYING BIDDER.
4. We only can accept payment to our Maybank or RHB Bank, asking us if we have other Bank Accounts is just wasting each other time.
5. If winner do not email/reply within 3 working days, SELLER reserves the right to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice. Also, those who has committed and confirmed and missing in action will be black listed in our record.
6. We are serious seller; we will block the item if we have confirmed your order. We guarantee we will not double confirm on any item. Please make your payment within 2 days/ 48 hours (including weekend & public holiday) upon our confirmation; or we reserve the right to cancel your order/ our confirmation without prior notice.
So, to be fair, please inform us by email or sms if you have decided not to proceed on what you have ordered and confirmed by us. We will be pleased to cancel without any charges.
