A pair of old & stunningly beautiful Nyonya chair set featuring Phoenix among rockery and peony spray background. Circa 1950.

For the Chinese these are auspicious symbols of prosperity and good fortune.

Aging and scratches is be visible on the surface, overall mint condition, very well taken care of. Baba Nyonya wedding collection from West Malaysia.
