WE HAVE HAD REPORTS THAT THIS CHARGER DOES NOT WORK ON SOME CARS. THIS IS ISOLATED TO CARS WHERE THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER SLOT IS DEEPER THAN 35MM. BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM, WE WOULD ASK IF YOU WOULD MEASURE HOW DEEP YOUR CIGARETTE LIGHTER SLOT IS. IF YOUR CIGARETTE LIGHTER SLOT IS DEEPER THAN 35MM, THERE IS A HIGH CHANGE THAT THIS CHARGER WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR CAR. WE HAVE NOTICED IT WORKING FINE ON CARS WITH A SLOT SHORTER THAN 35MM.
UNFORTUNATELY BELKIN DO NOT PROVIDE A COMPATIBILITY LIST FOR THESE CHARGERS AND HAVE ADVISED US THAT THE INCOMPATIBILITY IS DUE TO DESIGN.
