Yes, it use Nokia BL-5B battery, but be careful, as Nokia has another similar look battery which is slightly longer size - BL-5C, don't get the wrong size in case need to replace battery.

No really sure, as I do not use BB, but if your BB is compatible with generic BT devices (e.g. laptop BT, general brand BT headset etc), it should be compatible, as this item adhere to industry standard BT technology.
