How to clean pashmina :
Although dry cleaning is recommended for washing your pashmina, you should exercise care when cleaning your pashmina. The chemicals used in dry clean might have some negative effects on your pashmina in the long run. On the safe side, you may consider to wash by hands or in a washing machine as follows :

1) If you wash it by hand you should use either a mild shampoo or mild fabric conditioner and rinse it in cold or warm water.

2) Hand Wash is always preferred. But if for some reasons, you need to use the washing machine, use a mild shampoo and / or a mild fabric conditioner, and set it to less than 30 degrees Celsius. Never use a high temperature or tumble dry.

3) Once done ( hand wash or machine wash ), you should let the pashmina dry by itself on the hanger but away from direct sunlight. Do not twist your pashmina. If your pashmina needs pressing, iron over a damp cloth. Never iron at a high temperature.
