Product Return Policy
In what condition do we accept product exchange and/or refund?
Customers are allowed to return the products within 7 calendar days from shipment date under the following circumstances;
a) Manufacturing defects
b) We delivered the wrong item
Product returns policy and procedures
1. What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?
(a) In most cases, we will need your help to get a few photo or video (handphone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography) of the item, show us where is the problem and we will get it processed. Of course, we will need to know the order ID too.
(b) As for clothing items, the items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
(c) We will not accept items where the tag has been removed (even if the fault is ours), dirt cause by food/drinks, misuse or mishandling.
(d) Returns can only made one time per ID number. This means that any returns made with ID number cannot be returned the consequent time.
2. How to send/ pack the item back to us.
(a) Once our support team confirms the return, you can go to the nearest courier office and send the parcel to us. Do remember that all exchanges for items returs which do not meet all the above-mentioned requirements will be duly declined.
(b) Please ensure that the parcel has all the items including the packaging in it. Do make sure the parcel is not see-through and well-sealed.
(c) It will be your responsibility that the returned items reach us in good hands and we are not liable for any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for returned parcel.
3. Exchange or Refund?
We will do product exchange, or product replacement (same SKU) as first option. However, in the event where the particular item is out of stock, we shall refund the amount to you.
4. How long does it take?
The product return or refund will normally take about 7 - 14 working days to complete, excluding public holidays, Saturday and Sunday, parcels awaiting custom clearance, flight delays, garments reproducing, lost parcels, or under any unforeseen circumstances. It take two to tango, so we will need to work together to resolve the issue. Help us by providing the necessary information and we will try our very best to shorten the process.
5. Buyer from countries other than Malaysia
The verification process is similar to Malaysia-to-Malaysia returns. We will still bear the return cost if it meets the Product Return Policy requirements. The only difference is we will use other courier service company and the process will take up to 30 days depending on buyer location and stock availability (worst case scenario). In the case of refund, we shall refund in the same currency in which you paid us.
6. Refund or replacement will not be applicable for the following situations:
(a) Original packaging missing
(b) Any item that has been worn, altered, destroyed or damaged
(c) Any items where the tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
(d) When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
(e) Sales items may have slight defects/ colour discrepancies / measurements and are strictly not returnable.
