Return And Refund Policy

If items are in the following conditions, you may return them for an exchange within 3 days after you received it and I will cover the shipping cost thru and #39; POS LAJU only. You may send through other courier services but I and #39;ll only be paying cost base on Poslaju rate.

1. Quality issue
2. Damaged during the shipment
3. Sending wrong item

For following matters, return for exchange still can be considered but refund for money is not possible. You are to pay for shipping cost for the following matters:

1. No more interest with the product.
2. Wrongly ordered.
3. Wrong or incomplete delivery address provided by customer.
4. Parcel return due to nobody at home to accept the items.
