We will process your request within 7 – 21 working days when we received your return package. If the stock is available, we will send the item to you as per the original shipping address. If the stock is unavailable within a reasonable time, we will send a request to you whether you wish to wait for the arrival of stock or to opt for cash refund. Please bear in mind, you may disqualify for this privilege if you fail to do so with the mentioned instructions. Cost of shipping for returns and replacements will be borne by us.
    1. Received a completely different itemYou have to inform us immediately within 3 days after receipt of the product(s).     6. Reason to exchange (for improvement purpose)


    We will process your exchange request within 7 business days and contact you by phone for further instructions.

    For gentle reminder, you need to bear all shipping charges (inbound and outbound) for the exchange request(s). However, we will pay the shipping charges IF and only IF we send the wrong item(s) to you or the product(s) that we delivered is/are not in good shape.
