The pink bag is the one abused by those kids

Maroon fabric covering around the bean bag is the cylinder part. Maroon & pink on top is the cone part.

Cylinder bottom is made so the chair shape is better produced compared to whole conical shape.

Item: Double stitched bean bag cover & filling hole sealed with velcro.



Double stitching & the velcro is strong enough to withstand kids jumping around on the bean bag.

This is tested & proven with 4 kids jumping non stop until scolded to go sleep

No damage is done whatsoever

I don't provide inner cover. This is a way to reduce cost as inner cover = double sewing time and long & strong zipper (standard cloth zipper is not strong enough & may break open under heavy load. Do u know that zipper also have grades? ) only unnecessarily adds to the cost. I don't think u need to wash it everyday right once a month is sufficient. But, how many people wash their sofa every month anyway?

So I prefer not to do he inner cover but is available as option.



Shape: Cylinder bottom with cone top



Size: 36" or 42" in diameter & roughly 36" height. Seating position is about 12-18" from base.

Custom shape is available upon request.



Cone shape is the classic shape of bean bags.

Poly beads are filled roughly a little more than the cylinder part & most of the cone part is hollow to provide space for the beans to flow when we seat. Thus maximize comfort by form fitting to our body shape with even distribution of pressure across our body surface.



Material: For now, I provide a few type of breathable (so your back won't sweat when u seat or sleep on it) & strong (withstand the forces. May the force be with the bag ) fabric with some variety of colors. Special request on fabric type or pattern can be done.



Beans: Fresh polystyrene beans. 4kg for 36" & 5kg for 42"

Small beans (extra fee) - For smoother bags



Smaller beans will make the bean bag feel smoother. U can't feel the small round beans which u can with the standard size.

Price of the small bean per kg is the same BUT as it is smaller, it occupies less volume for a given weight. Thus more is needed to fill the same space as the standard sized beans.

In my opinion, this is the best fabric to the touch. As u can see (or u can't see) in the macro shot on the right, there is not much texture. The fabric feels soft almost like suede.
