    The fiber pads used in many of our products, including our core Spillproof product, are made from recycled plant refuse. This helps us contribute to waste reductions in the production process and allows the pads to degrade naturally reducing waste in the environment.

    Volatile organic compounds
    Our products are made from organic fragrance oils that we produce within EPA guidelines.

    Non aerosol sprays
    Our consumer Fragrance Spray, Citrus Spray and Pet Scents Odor Neutralizing products are all non-aerosol products which contain no harmful fluorocarbons.

    OrganicWe produce and use organic, non toxic fragrance oils in our products providing our consumer with a safe and earth friendly product.

    Animal Friendly

    1. Only purchases which are fully paid for will be shipped.
    2. Handling time is 3 days from the date payment is made, unless otherwise specified. We'll ship it out sooner if the pipeline is not full.
    3. Once item is shipped out, we will update lelong with your shipment information. Tracking numbers will be provided, however, do take note that tracking for some countries may be unavailable or slow. For delayed shipments, kindly inform us. We also recommend calling up the respective service providers to get a status update as it is quite often the fastest solution when you deal direct with the service providers.
    4. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
    5. Transit time is based on standards provided by the postal and courier companies. At 12V, we do our best to ship your orders as soon as we can but we are not responsible for any delays caused while the delivery is in transit (customs delay and such).
    6. Delivery time estimates are always based on business days. So 10 business days would be 14 days. 5 business days would mean 7 days. But please remember, these are only estimates as services vary between countries and service providers.
    7. If an item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately and provide us with as many photos of the packaging and products as it will help us make a case with the service providers.

    IMPORTANT! Buyer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, customs duties, import, excise, privilege and similar levies, taxes or fees and shall be responsible for assuring that the Product(s) can be lawfully imported into and complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

    DOMESTIC

    1. For local destinations, the services we use are Citylink-Express, Aramex, Poslaju or Ta-Q-Bin depending on service availability.
    2. For Kuala Lumpur, PJ, Shah Alam and other parts close to KL, it typically takes a day to arrive. However, sometimes it may take 2 or 3 days depending on the schedule of courier companies. Other areas may take up to 5 days.
    3. We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services. You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse but please note that all orders must be made and paid online before you drop by our warehouse. Warehouse pick-up hours is Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. We will inform you once item is ready for pick-up.

    INTERNATIONAL

    1. We deliver worldwide. For countries where shipping is not specified, please do contact us and we'll gladly send you a quote. Please provide us the destination country, city, state and postcode for more accurate estimates. Also let us know the item or items you are interested in.
    2. International destinations - flat rate delivery is charged per item. For combined purchases, kindly contact us and we'll sort it out for you. We use EMS or Expedited Economy shipments. Companies used are Singpost, Pos Malaysia, Aramex, DHL, Fedex or UPS subject to service availability. If you wish for speedy delivery, get in touch with us and we'll work it out. We will quote you the cost in those cases.
    3. Once item is shipped out, we will update lelong with your shipment information. Tracking number will be provided, however, do take note that tracking for some countries may be unavailable or slow for International Economy deliveries.

    We understand that it can be difficult to choose products when ordering online because you don't get to feel them in your hands and get a first hand look at them.

    To ease your mind and help you make your decision, we are now offering a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee where you can return the product you have purchased.

    There are conditions to this offer which are outlined below.

    • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you want to take up this offer.
    • You must return the product as new so that it can be resold as a new item. If the item is not as new when we receive it we will send it back to you. You will be responsible for paying the return postage before we send the product back.
    • You are responsible for sending and paying to have the product returned. We highly suggest making sure the delivery is insured. We are not responsible for damage whilst in freight, that is your responsibility.
    • You will receive a credit only for a returned item, not a full refund. The credit will only be for the amount of the item, not the shipping cost. If the item(s) were part of our FREE DELIVERY incentive then the shipping amount will be subtracted from the cost of the product and that is the credit amount you will receive. For example if you bought an intercoler kit for RM1000 (FREE DELIVERY) and it cost us RM100 to ship then you will only receive a RM900 credit.
    • Depending on the supplier, some products may incur a re-stocking fee which will be taken into consideration when working out your credit.
    • At this present time this offer does not apply to wheels, seats, bodykits, exhaust systems, and other bulk items (more than 10kg).
    • Products on special are excluded from this offer.
    • Only available to Malaysian customers.
    • Not all products qualify for this offer so before you order please ask us to avoid dissapointment.

    Warranty Returns

    WARRANTIES

    If an item is damaged upon arrival, kindly take as many photos as you can of the damaged package and its contents so that we can lodge a complaint to our service provider. At the same time, we will send you a replacement unit.

    If upon receiving the goods, and you find a defect, kindly get in touch with us. We will arrange for the item to be sent back to us and send you a replacement.

    Most of our products are listed as No warranties due to the cost involved for buyers to return the item. However, for buyers who are willing to pay for the shipment of the items, we will accept it for servicing and repairs. Warranty period is based on per item basis. Warranty is provided by manufacturer and items must be sent back to Naluri Semesta Sdn. Bhd. at the following address together with proof of purchase:

    All item purchases are entitled up to 30-days Money Back Guarantee or Exchange. All shipping charges or postage fees, handling and packaging costs will be borne by the buyer.
