2. Shipping Agent / Carrier
Poslaju / Skynet are our preferred shipping carriers. Our company reserves the absolute rights to choose
among these 2 shipping companies to ship goods to buyers. Buyers are allowed to have other shipping company
to do the shipment for their orders, which might subject to extra charges. Please do drop us an email (email@example.com)
in case you need to have shipment done by other carriers.
3. Delivery lead time
rizqtoner practices to arrange orders to be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 days from date of order.
Anyway, we cannot guarantee the exact time which the goods successfully reach you as it very much subject
to various circumstances as such carrier's efficiency, road traffic and weather as well. By the way, we would be much
appreciated if buyers can come to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call / whatsapp (010-3098907) should you do not
receive your goods after 3-4 days, we will lias with carrier from our side, in order to trace or speed up the delivery.
4. Cut-Off Time
Our cut-off time will 12pm Monday to Friday.
All orders will be processed and arranged to carrier's office or pick up by carrier within 1 to 2 days from date of
order. Any order made after 12pm or on non working days will be processed on next working day.

Return and Refund Policy
A) Return Policy:
- Cusomer is RESPONSIBLE for return it to our service center.
- We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.
- One for one replacement for the ones you have already used and are at least 80% full in powder weight.
- Defective products that you have already used and are less than 50% full in powder weight, you will be charged 50% of original purchase price for one for one replacement.
- All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by our technical staff.
- Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product
B) Refund Policy:
- We PROMISE to refund you if the replacement still fails in your equipment.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
C) Delivery Protection
- 10days Free Return if item is defective upon delivery. We will pay customers shipping fee and send the replacement unit or FULL refund.
