How to Pay to Seller in Lelong.com.my
We do not control how seller want to accept their payment. We advice them to state clearly their payment method in their posting.
However, all sellers can request payment being made only to Name registered in lelong, no other bank account name are allowed. We will immediately suspend the account if found.
You have the following options to pay to seller :
1. Pay Direct to the seller
A. Bank Transfer : Seller will provide you their bank account, buyer will have to pay them via bank in / transfer / internet bank.
(Alert : Please make sure the name of the seller we provide to you is the same as the bank account holder)
2. Buyer should provide information on payment done to seller:
- Please Upload Payment Slip / Document at Lelong
To provide screen shot, follow these steps:
On the payment confirmation screen or transaction history (if you paid already but forgot to print screen the confirmation screen),
press [ALT+PrintScreen] or [PrintScreen] to capture the screen shot.
- Then open a word document and use CTRL+V to paste the screen shot. Save the document and you can email the document to seller by attachment.
- or Then open Open Paint and use CTRL+V to paste the Paint, Save the document [JPEG] and you can email or upload the document to seller by attachment.
|- After Buyers Payment Done, all Items will be sent out same day or next working day.|
|- Postage will take 2 - 4 working days|
|- Saturday , Sunday and Public Holiday are Not Shiping / Postage Service Provided.|
|- If the Items Still Not Received atfer 5 - 6 Working Day, Pease Email / SmS to Verify.|
