Warranty Policy for CASIO watches product
THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
Should this watch malfunction under normal use, it will be repaired without charge for a period of one year from the date of purchased.
If the watch requires service within the warranty period, request repair of adjustment at the store where purchased or the distributor stamped in the warranty certificate, presenting the watch together with this warranty certificate.
The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if :
The trouble is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
The trouble is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.
The trouble is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by other than distributor or its retailers.
The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn.
This warranty certificate is not presented when requesting service.
The name and address of the distributor or the retailer are not stamped in the warranty certificate.
The date of purchase and model/name are not entered in the warranty certificate.
Warranty Policy for GARMIN products
All Garmin products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Within this period, Garmin Corporation will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.

Warranty Policy for Digital Camera products
The FUJIFILM standard warranty for Malaysia is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and sup1;, please retainyour original receipt as you will need to present this in the event of a claim.
For digital products that have been purchased in Malaysia and will be used in Malaysia, warranty will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If the product is outside the Warranty Period you should send the product to a SAMSUNG Authorised Service Centre for a chargeable repair.
If the product is covered by an extended warranty provided by the dealer, you should contact the dealer from whom this extended warranty was purchased. (usually the same dealer from which the product was originally purchased.)
You shall permit SAMSUNG to conduct diagnostic tests on the product to determine the cause of failure/defect. SAMSUNG and #39;s determination of cause of fault/defect shall be final and conclusive.
Repair parts and replacement products shall be furnished at SAMSUNG and #39;s discretion on an exchange basis, with a product of comparable value and shall be either new or reconditioned. In the event of exchange, SAMSUNG will not refund the difference between the value of the replacement and the product. SAMSUNG will request for payment shall there be price difference for replacement model base on the current recommended retail price (RRP). All replaced parts and products shall become SAMSUNG and #39;s property.
SAMSUNG may refuse to attend to any products installed in locations which are inaccessible and/or hazardous to its service agents. labour charges are payable by you for relocation of product to another location.
Please remove any options, features, parts, accessories or attachments prior to sending the product to SAMSUNG, unless such options are required in the course of repair. SAMSUNG shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of such options, feature, parts, accessories or attachments.
You shall bear all postage, insurance or delivery costs incurred in delivering the product from you to SAMSUNG and/or from SAMSUNG to you.
If SAMSUNG determines that the repair required is not covered under the Warranty for whatever reason (including in the case of poor performance/ reception/ output quality due fault of signal source condition), you will be duly notified. If you were to authorise the repair not covered under the Warranty, you must pay for all parts, shipping, and labour charges for the repair or return of such product.
