• We donnt accept for customer to delay payment reason-such as got financial problem or salary are not getting yet.(Before you bidding any item,you should understanding or know your own financial situation)
• Bidder got 5days time to complete the transaction,if after the dateline we still didnot receive the payment we will request lelong admin to refund the posting fee and lelong system automatic will left a npb remark into bidder profile (non-paying bid).Please note that every 2npb remark will cause bidder id blacklist or suspended.
• If you(bidder/joybidder) have saw your profile got npb remark,means you still donnt pay for the item.kindly please donnt contact us for withdraw because if Ihe transaction didnot completed we are unable to help u for withdraw the remark.

Term and conditions for delivery/shipment:

• We donnt accept for COD,selfpick up service.due to we are not from KL or selangor state.
• Shipment will be process/arrange by courier company(Poslaju,UPS or DHL).Normally will take 2-4 working days arrange ours customer place,depan on the products purchase.
• For the shipment process time,we hope that customer can be patient to waiting courier company to arrange.because some of the shipment delay issue are not contol by us.But we will 100% ensure the item will be safety arrive ours customer place ,or else we will refund full payment or resend the another new parcel to customer.

• For lelong auction deal,it came with 1 week limited warranty only.
• Customer needed pay for the 2ways return shipping fee for repairing or exchange.(for the return shipping fee,you may check with us, bestrade_store@yahoo.com)
• We donnt accept for any unreasonable exchange request,such as customer donnt like the item or products quality low class issue.because in lelong.com.my got alot of the cheatter,when theirself broken the item...he/she will complaint the item low class/no quality,but actually the item was broken by them with careless using issue.(so that all of the similia request -we straightly not accept for exchange)
• We donnt provided products using /teaching/learning issue,due to some products are import in from oversea,example like laptop with OS window ce system.Some people donnt know how to using window ce wifi online or using mediaplayer.We are no responbility if customer donnt know how to use their purchase products.
