Virtualstore2u aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
All regions of Malaysia are eligible for free delivery, however a shipping fee may be applied. Conditions for fees are depend on the products weight.
When a shipping fee is charged on orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the full fee must be paid on the first delivery if it is the case that the order is being processed in multiple shipments.

Virtualstore2u will ship your item by using Citylink, Poslaju (Malaysia) DHL (Foreigner).
The price of the Goods and/or Services shall be the price stated in Virtualstore2u website at the time which the Buyer makes its offer purchase to Virtualstore2u. The price excludes the cost of packaging and delivery charges, any applicable goods and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to Virtualstore2u in addition to the price.
Wholesales price is for our Buyers that interested to sell our products. All wholesale goods will be send direct from our manufacturer from China Hong Kong. By the way, to avoid any custom import fees. You may see the price amount on the receipt is less than actual amount because it is to covered our buyers from Malaysia Custom to hold their goods after arrived Malaysia.
If your goods has been Hold by custom, you may need to deal with custom. We are only intermediate supplier who supplier the goods for our customer in Malaysia. We can't deal with custom due to the purchased goods is under your name.
2. Terms of payment
2.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods pursuant to the various payment methods set out in Virtualstore2u website. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment shall be applicable to the Contract. User need to pay full for the product selected else we will hold you shipment until all payment settled via following:-
(a) Online Banking
By choosing this payment method, the Buyer shall transfer the payment for the Goods to a Virtualstore2u account for the total amount of the Buyer's purchase (including any applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs). The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. Virtualstore2u, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time.
For the time being, Virtualstore2u accepts online bank transfers from AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB.
(b) Credit Card
Credit Card payment is possible for all Buyers. When the Buyer places orders with Credit Card the Virtualstore2u website, the transaction is handled by Adyen BV. This system is certified and allows Virtualstore2u to accept payments such as Visa and MasterCard and. All credit card numbers shall be protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.
(c) Debit Cards
Virtualstore2u accepts all Malaysian and international Visa and MasterCard debit cards where subject to bank availability. All debit card numbers shall be protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.
2.2 If the Buyer fails to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Virtualstore2u, Virtualstore2u shall be entitled to:
5.2.1 cancel the Contract or suspend deliveries of the Goods until payment is made in full; and/or
5.2.2 charge the Buyer interest (both before and after any judgement) on the amount unpaid at the rate of one per cent (1.0%) per month until payment in full is made (a part of a month being treated as a full month for the purposes of calculating interest).
If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:
- It is within 2 working days from the delivery date / received date.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
- The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
- All return shipment cost covered by buyers.
- There will be no Refunds for Damaged Packaging also for user that want to return item after exchange periods.

Any shipment fees that has been include with the goods will not refundable.
We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to exchange is of a different price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order using your store credit voucher.
All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours from the date of receipt to virtualstore2u. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times.

- Our supplier will help you to fix the device for FREE within 1 Months BUT you need to PAY for the shipping cost.
- Please contact us before sending the goods back by email or online services and we will provide shipping information about our supplier who is provide the the warranty services.
- Every purchased goods received in Bad condition can be return to our manufacturer immediately. Please email us with the proof of broken, damages goods. We will send you our service centre address and shipping cost is pay by buyers.
- All defeated products goods is need to be claim directly from our manufacturers from China and Hong Kong. We as online supplier will give you the manufacturer address. (please include the warranty form that has been provided).
- Shipping Cost and Return Cost for single order or wholesales order are covered by Buyers.
- Any buyers that need our help to send back the item to our manufacturer will charged for Shipping Cost (Base on Malaysia Courier Prices). Buyers need to wait 60 - 90 days to received back the goods. We will also NOT responsible for any lose of the item during delivery to the manufacturer or during delivery back the item to our buyers.
No Warranty Item
- All products that has been stated NO WARRANTY is not allow for exchangeable or returnable.
- No refund for any NO WARRANTY item that has been stated.
- We will not force user to buy NO WARRANTY items BUT we suggest user to purchase item with Warranty. This is depend on Buyer to choose the product WITH or WITHOUT Warranty. The price is difference between item that has warranty no warranty.
If you DO NOT accept our Term Condition Policy. We suggest you to look for other supplier or sellers. We will not responsible for any problem occured during warranty claim by buyers. We have rights not to respon to buyer complaint via email, SMS WhatsApp because we assumed that buyers already ACCEPTING our Term Condition Policy before purchased our products.
