Following conditions are not under warranty.
1)Goods not sold by ACT Network S/B.
2)Product exceeds the warranty period.
3)Unauthorized repair,misuse,wet by water,modification,wrongly installation,wrong usage of goods during the warranty period.Any damage,defacing of the product logo and serial number will also void the warranty policy.
4)Customer shall bear all the shipping fee to ACT Network if the goods are required to repaired,maintain or warranty.
After completed checking and repair,ACT Network S/B. will send back to you and iuml; and frac14; and Aring; and frac12;If customer wishes to choose EMS or Fedex to receive your repaired products in a shorter time,please indicate to us so that we can work out the shipping cost and backcharged to you accordingly.
5)Upon receipt of goods returned for repair or warranty.act network S/B. will try to start to handle your case within 10 days.For normal repair dutation , necessary duration is 30 days upon receipt of goods returned.
6)Any product that requires warranty or defect repair must be shipped back to ACT Network Warehouse,
